It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products or services. At Padelplezier.nl, we would like to help you further and strive for a desired solution. Below we explain how you can submit a complaint and how we handle it.

How do you submit a complaint?

Our complaints department staff will carefully review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

What can you expect?

  • Acknowledgment of receipt: After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation.
  • Response time: We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If it takes more time to investigate your complaint, we will keep you informed.

Not satisfied with the solution?

It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing info@padelplezier.nl.

If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Additionally, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit the complaint via this platform of the European Union.
