Complaints handling - Padelplezier.nl

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products or services. At Padelplezier.nl we would like to help you further and we strive for a desired solution. Below we explain how you can file a complaint and how we deal with it.

How do you file a complaint?

You can easily submit your complaint by sending an email to:

Our complaints department staff will carefully review your complaint and attempt to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.


What can you expect?

  • Acknowledgement of receipt : After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation.
  • Response time : We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. Should we need more time to investigate your complaint, we will notify you.

Not satisfied with the solution?

If you are not satisfied with the solution we offer, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, to which we are affiliated. They can mediate and help you further:

In addition, as of 15 February 2016, it is possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at:

If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
